Encore Appointment I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 330i from Tom Bush BMW, though I had owned three other BMW's this was my first with iDrive. After reading I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 330i from Tom Bush BMW, though I had owned three other BMW's this was my first with iDrive. After reading and familiarizing myself with the manual and the car I still had lots of questions. Don Newell took the time to show me how to fully utilize iDrive, lots of tricks and shortcuts to simplify its use. Don also showed my wife some items on her car which has a different version of iDrive. I feel much more competent after our appointment. There is a reason they call these guys Genius, thanks Don.
