With the help of Jorge and Chris, we were able to special order an X3 and get it EXACTLY like we wanted! We picked interior, exterior, trim, options, and everything else. I don't know if they can do this for everyone, but I'm extremely grateful that they did it for me. Could not be more happy and satisfied! I'd give 10 stars for customer service!!! More

From there I worked with Rob in Finance. He was awesome. He helped make this purchase a smooth transaction. The Danny came over and spent a few minutes with me talking about how much I will enjoy my car and he has been right. Finally, I met with Don, the BMW genius. He was able to help me set up the systems and show me the features of the car.... absolutely amazing! He has a gift for details and really helped me out. The Genius program is awesome and a must. While service has always been first-rate...easy, effortless and enjoyable, our most recent experience was truly extraordinary. My wife's X5d had been in for an expensive service when the check engine light illuminated. Within days after the car was serviced, the light came on again. Upon hearing this, the service manager personally came to our home with a new X3 loaner, picked up our X5, made things right and didn't charge us a cent. What is more, our repaired and sparkling clean car was delivered to our home by James Davis, the lead mechanic, who also made a minor parts repair to my 535 while he was here. I can't imagine a better service experience. We are Tom Bush BMW customers for life. More

His work to get me the deal I wanted was the reason I drove for an hour and a half and bought at Tom Bush BMW in Jacksonville. (The salesperson at Fields BMW in Daytona Beach was extremely rude and condescending). Jorge made the deal easy and I ended up spending less than an hour at the dealership.
