My wife's X5d had been in for an expensive service when the check engine light illuminated. Within days after the car was serviced, the light came on again. Upon hearing this, the service manager personally came to our home with a new X3 loaner, picked up our X5, made things right and didn't charge us a cent. What is more, our repaired and sparkling clean car was delivered to our home by James Davis, the lead mechanic, who also made a minor parts repair to my 535 while he was here. I can't imagine a better service experience. We are Tom Bush BMW customers for life. More
