With the help of Jorge and Chris, we were able to special order an X3 and get it EXACTLY like we wanted! We picked interior, exterior, trim, options, and everything else. I don't know if they can do this for everyone, but I'm extremely grateful that they did it for me. Could not be more happy and satisfied! I'd give 10 stars for customer service!!! More

From there I worked with Rob in Finance. He was awesome. He helped make this purchase a smooth transaction. The Danny came over and spent a few minutes with me talking about how much I will enjoy my car and he has been right. Finally, I met with Don, the BMW genius. He was able to help me set up the systems and show me the features of the car.... absolutely amazing! He has a gift for details and really helped me out. The Genius program is awesome and a must.
