Do not sign for work you have not inspected Upon picking up my 5 series BMW after what was to be just a regular oil change and an inspection, wash and vacuum from a luxury dealership I returned Upon picking up my 5 series BMW after what was to be just a regular oil change and an inspection, wash and vacuum from a luxury dealership I returned after my car was with them from 8:50 am to around 5:30 pm the same day I came back to find scratches on my car and a totally half done vacuum of the passengers areas of the car. Just for the service guy to start giving me excuse of how a vacuum is done and he cant trust his clean up guy to do a good job and he would give me a better job on my next visit. My wife and kids were with me and all they could do is just shack their head at the service we were given. More
