Oil change I had an appointment on 4/4/19 for my oil change on my 2017 BMW X6. My appointment was at 2:20, I got there about 1:00 since I was told if I come in e I had an appointment on 4/4/19 for my oil change on my 2017 BMW X6. My appointment was at 2:20, I got there about 1:00 since I was told if I come in early they may be able to work me in sooner. I ask if I can get a loner to get back to work. Everyone that were in the check in department was very unfriendly, I got the third degree just to get the ok for a loner for me to go back to work. Finally the manager agreed. Buy the time my car was pulled into the bay and I sat down to give my information for the loner my car came right back out the bay. I have never seen an oil change done so fast just to prevent me from getting a loner. I never got any information on my oil chang or the free inspection that is done when my car is dropped off for service. I was then ask if I needed a wash and my car was quickly ran through the wash and my key were handed to me without any kind of updates or explanations about the service my car had that day. It was not a pleasant experience at all. I felt very rush and as if my concerns were not important. More

Quick 24 Hour resolution. All four tires and balancing done within twenty four hours of tow-in with flat tire. I was quite satisfied. A little pricy though. Test Drive X3 xDrive30i I have not driven a BMW before, so this was a treat. Vanessa is very nice sales person, no pressure (new on the job) and she suggested a test drive in I have not driven a BMW before, so this was a treat. Interesting that she said that she would take the car out for me initially - out the gate, right on the two lane back street and then slowed down as we talked about the car. She then stopped the car and said 'Hold your phone - ready?" and then she STOMPED on the accelerator and BAM 0-60 in 6.2 sec! Then she said 'Holding your phone?" BAM Vanessa steps hard on the brakes! WOW that was best test drive ever! Then she pulled around the corner and said 'Your turn"... Out fast on to the 295 loop and next thing I'm hitting 90 MPH! Could not tell the speed because it was so quiet... OK BMW X3 is #1 on the list... Thank you Vanessa. More

This year I decided to trade for the new X3, and have been surprised at the many improvements. I just had my tutorial from Don the BMW Genius, and learned many more things my new X3 can do for me. I can speak to it, write on it's I-drive dial or select from the screen, The car doesn't miss a beat. My total experience at Tom Bush OP was great. I recommend them highly if you are looking for a new BMW. More
