He went above and beyond to make this one of the best car buying experiences I can remember. Following my purchase, I met with Don Newell as part of the follow up BMW genius service. My time with Don was extremely productive. Not only did he take the time to listen to any questions I had, but gave me excellent information about my new car. I had one particular issue with my car that Don solved in a matter of minutes. He is very professional and a real asset to Tom Bush BMW of Orange Park. I would recommend Don and the service he provides to anyone who purchases a vehicle from Tom Bush. More

Service on vehicle / no loaner car Was so disappointed. I have a BMW, Audi and Escalade. When I bring my Audi and escalade in, the service department is very accommodating with provid Was so disappointed. I have a BMW, Audi and Escalade. When I bring my Audi and escalade in, the service department is very accommodating with providing me a loaner car whether it be for a couple hours for a whole day. This is something that I would expect from a high-end vehicle dealer. When I contacted the BMW dealership they informed me that they do not give loaner cars. I actually called a couple different times just to confirm. The dealership indicated they can do a shuttle service, but they do not give loaners for service work. I explained that my other high-end vehicles provide a loaner car and was shocked that they don’t at BMW. This is very disappointing and not at all what I would expect from dealing with a high-end vehicle. This will definitely impact my decision when I look to trade in or buy my next vehicle, and more than likely I will lean towards purchasing an Audi over a BMW. It seems like a small thing, but it matters as someone who is used to Best in class service. I did not get it in this case and I felt like I was asking too much from the service department, which is a bad thing to do with a customer that is paying for vehicles of this caliber More

Although I consider myself fairly savvy with respect to car shoppi I was lucky to have been paired with Jim Mitchell when I walked into Tom Bush BMW. Although I consider myself fairly savvy with respect to car shopping, Jim absolutely exceeded my expectations for product knowledge, professionalism, and follow-through. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I especially appreciated the respect I received from him beginning with our first encounter in the showroom and continuing after the car was delivered. About 3 weeks after taking delivery I met with Don and we reviewed a wide variety of systems and features on my X3 M40i. Don spent about an hour with me, alternating between answering my questions and also steering me towards topics that he felt would be useful. I left that session feeling that I had gained a far better understanding of my X3. Combined with a great sales experience with Jim Mitchell, I heartily recommend this dealership. More

Not a Merry Christmas Delivery That was then; this is now (2/23/2019): On November 16, 2018, I ordered a 2019 X3 XDR30I for my wife for Christmas. I paid $60K cash in round numbers That was then; this is now (2/23/2019): On November 16, 2018, I ordered a 2019 X3 XDR30I for my wife for Christmas. I paid $60K cash in round numbers. The car was delivered on November 29, quick we thought for a specially ordered BMW--too quick it seems. On the way home from the dealer, my wife called in a panic to say that the tire pressure monitor malfunction light had illuminated. I told her not to worry and when she arrived home, I checked the tires and attempted to reset the tire pressure monitor. As it turned out the TPM was in fact faulty. After a more than a week of repeated unanswered calls to the sales manager and repeated denials that there was a problem, followed by lame and inappropriately personal excuses from the salesman, on December 7, an always reliable contact in the service department agreed to pick up the car and deliver a loaner. The dealer confirmed that the TPM was faulty. The car was returned 11 days later, during which time we received only one update prompted by my inquiry for a status report. Mileage in was 346. Our new car was returned with 550+ on the odometer. Today, I took the car to be washed and for the first time retracted the moon roof shade to inspect the glass. I found hand prints and what appeared to be suction cup marks left from manufacture, marks that should have been removed when the car was detailed for delivery. This is my 9th new BMW. The first eight experiences were memorably outstanding. For all our trouble with this delivery, we have received no calls of explanation or apology from the dealer or from BMW. We don't know what to expect next, but watch this space. More
