The purchase experience went fine, upon return to dealership to inquire about the code for the keypad entry feature, things went downhill quickly. Salesman said that it would cost me $50 to $75 to ge dealership to inquire about the code for the keypad entry feature, things went downhill quickly. Salesman said that it would cost me $50 to $75 to get the code reset. I paid full asking price for car, now I need to pay additional money in order to use a feature on my car. I paid a $699 dealer service fee, (what is this for?), I also paid some bogus "After Markets" fee of $500, (have no clue what this is). I'm sure the original code can be found with the car's VIN. Earl Tindol Ford, Inc. is a Ford dealership, not Uncle Ben's Used Cars, they should have contacts. Good Sale Gone Bad!!! More

Over the years we spoke and Lyle service, but, the Tindol group is by far the most accommodating. I started looking in 2019 and spoke with Lyle . Over the years we spoke and Lyle never once pressured me. He sent me a video he made in early 2021, just to say HI and to stop by some day. I never forgot the video. Well I did on my way to Raleigh , just to see him and say Hi. He picked me up at airport but didn't have to drop me off at the airport.
