LYLE STURGIS...this guy is awesome. He is dedicated to roush and is just as happy for us as we are for us. We now own a stage 2 and Lyle is the reason why we bought a ford instead of something else. Took my vehicle in for service, the part had to be ordered no ones fault, it did take some time, also no ones fault, but Toni in the service department kept me informed the whole time, and was always ordered no ones fault, it did take some time, also no ones fault, but Toni in the service department kept me informed the whole time, and was always so professional and kind. My vehicle was repaired and I was in and out ( once the parts came in) in less than one day!!! Toni is definitely one of the best service writers I have ever had to deal with!!! More

I thought this dealer was good when I purchased my new 2018 Explorer Platinum last year. We drove from Denver to Tindol because they had the model and color I was looking for. The sales person bragged a 2018 Explorer Platinum last year. We drove from Denver to Tindol because they had the model and color I was looking for. The sales person bragged about how good the service department was which further influenced our decision to buy from Tindol. My problem with Tindol started when I needed service. I had a lengthy list of things that need attention and I asked if would be possible to have a loaner vehicle to use while my SUV was being serviced. I was told that they did not have a lot of loaner vehicles and that I would have to be on a waiting list. I agreed. I called back in 3 weeks and was told that I was still on the waiting list. I waited another 3 weeks and called again, I was assured that I was still on the waiting list. Out of frustration I called Huntersville Ford that got me in quickly, arranged a new 2020 Explorer Limited to use for a week while my Explorer was being worked on. I had to return to the dealer again as all issues were not yet working properly and again was offered a loaner vehicle. Now all is well with my Explorer. I guessing that about 3 months have gone by without a call from Tintol service. Frankly I now view it as a mistake to have purchased fro Tindol. They “over promised” and “ under delivered” on this one. More

Run around 30 days ago I purchased a new car and yesterday I paid a payment on the vehicle I traded in to save my credit.
