I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. We came to a verbal agreement on a final price, but when it came time to sign the paperwork, they had quietly added extra fees and costs dealership. Unfortunately we did not notice these changes until applying for a new loan and interest rate. It felt very shady and dishonest. When I questioned it, they were evasive and unhelpful. Acting as though this was our agreement. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is exactly why people dread the car-buying process. The whole process and countless ours we were there the salesman promised numbers and rates that were not even reachable, according to their finance person. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here—make sure everything is in writing upfront, and double-check the final numbers before signing anything. In our case we are the ones now at a loss with them not taking any responsibility. I do not recommend this dealership. More

Rachel was very good, she checked on my 25 Equinox Master Brake Cylinder recall and my 25 Corvette Master Brake Cylinder recall and understood all of my requests for service. Plus, she helped with an issue I was having with my review mirror after I picked up the Equinox. However, I arrived at the dealership at 9:40 AM for a 10:00 AM appointment to have my oil change and tire rotation, plus the on-off on the infotainment system was not working. The Equinox was returned to me at 2:40 PM. 4 hours waiting for an oil change, tire rotation, and radio software update, and from reviewing the paperwork after arriving home it appears the tire rotation was not performed. Disappointing!!! More
