I'm updating my previous review I did on February 12th 2026- because this dealership completely turned my experience around.I spoke to Rachel on 2/13/26 that's when everything changed. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns explained everything clearly, and worked diligently to find the best solution to our problem and she did.That level of customer service speaks volume to me- Rachel I would like to thank you personally for stepping up and turning the issue my daughter had with her car into such a positive experience..I also want to thank Brenda,and the entire dealership Tim LALLY for being fair, responsive,and truly committed to taking care of your customers!

Simply awesome!!! Very professional!! Very detailed! Outstanding customer Service!!!! Matt Nagy is always professional and courteous, very respectful. The only downside as far as I'm concern is the staff passing by as you are waiting that looks right at you and do not return your greeting.

Scheduling was easy. They accommodated my preferences for the day and time. Wait time was more than acceptable. All work was completed to my satisfaction.
