My first time car buying experience was fantasic! Being a first time car buyer i had some hesitation buying a new car. When i walked in i immediately felt relieved when talking with Tim Bombash. He gave me a fantastic price and threw in some extras with the exact car i wanted. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out in what felt like a matter of minutes. Tim gave me his personal cell phone number and said call anytime. What a relief this experience was with such a amazing team and great customer service! More

Bug of my dreams I am so accustomed to the aggressive games that car salesmen play that buying a new car becomes a nightmare. Walking into Three Rivers Volkswagen I I am so accustomed to the aggressive games that car salesmen play that buying a new car becomes a nightmare. Walking into Three Rivers Volkswagen I steeled myself for the games, the 'let me talk to my manager,' the 'if I can give it to you for this price will you buy it.' I was so very pleasantly surprised by the openness and honesty of the staff. Tim Bombash and Ryan Sicchitano were incredible-- straightforward, speedy, and pleasant. Not one game or one platitude. Within an hour I'd selected my vehicle (the most adorable Beetle convertible), completed the paperwork, and gotten a final pricing. I returned in the morning to pick up my car, spent less than 10 minutes on paperwork, received a thorough explanation of the car's operation from Tim, and drove happily away. Later that day an engine light came on. Tim drove to my place of business, picked up the car and left me a beautiful loaner so I wouldn't be inconvenienced. While I've purchased 9 cars in my lifetime, I've never had any brand or dealer loyalty. That changes now. I will return to Three Rivers Volkswagen in the future, and I love the way my VW operates so much that I will continue to purchase VWs. More
