Overall the best buying experience I've had in a long time I first talked to Mike Hubsch, he went into detail on the quality and dependability of the Jetta over the other cars we were considering. With that in I first talked to Mike Hubsch, he went into detail on the quality and dependability of the Jetta over the other cars we were considering. With that in mind we chose a Jetta. The car I was looking for was primarily for my son, and needed it to be safe as well as affordable. Mike pointed us in the direction of salesman Larry Titchworth, Larry went over all the features the car had to offer. He also went over our purchasing options like buying used, leasing new, or buying new to see what worked best for us. We decided on leasing and at that point we were introduced to Ryan Sicchitano to go over all the financing. Ryan explained everything to us in detail making sure we understood it all clearly. The whole process was quick and painless. Upon completion Larry showed us everything we needed to know about operating the car. He also showed us around the facility explaining where and how to bring my car in for service so I would know for the future. Every staff member he introduced us to was very pleasant and friendly. This is how car buying should be. Thanks for a great car buying experience. On the down side though, my son is going to think all dealers are this good LOL Vince P More

Great experience - great group of people - ask for Tim My family (myself, my sister, and dad) have been going to this dealer for years. And honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. Since day one we've been My family (myself, my sister, and dad) have been going to this dealer for years. And honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. Since day one we've been treated extremely well and is why we continually go back. Tim is our sales guy...he's extremely helpful and personable. As of today I just completed my new lease thru 2018 (2015 Jetta 1.8 TSI) and over the last month (Tim will tell you) I've called and texted him so many times with so many questions. Tim always got back to me...whether it was the weekend, 9PM at night...it didn't matter. Tim was extremely accommodating and was always there to help. It's also interesting that when you walk around there you seem to see the same people (employees) year after year....so they must really like working there as well, which is a good sign. Great cars, great service, but most importantly great people...is how'd I'd summarize this dealer. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Tim More
