Horrible service department On multiple occasion's they've replaced things that weren't even close to being due. I'm talking about things like changing spark plugs after only 12 On multiple occasion's they've replaced things that weren't even close to being due. I'm talking about things like changing spark plugs after only 12K miles to the tune of an extra $100+ Now I find out that they didn't follow Honda's recommendation to FLUSH the transmission at 120K miles like my service schedule calls for. Instead they just drained it and topped it off. I'm finding this out 50K miles later because we are having drivetrain issues. I'll never be back. I'd sooner let the High School Shop class work on the vehicle than these guys. More

The only place to buy a car or have your car serviced! Mike Miner made car buying an enjoyable and positive experience. Everyone from the Sales Manager, to Mike (the salesman I had the pleasure of working with) to the Service Department make customer service a priority. I most recently was at Thompson's for service . Barb and her team were great! Barb went over everything that was checked, changed and even the tire rotation! I had unfortunatly had previous service done at another dealership in Illinois some months ago, when I asked if they rotated the tires I was told that they only did what the computer told them needed done! I was over charged and certainly not treated with respect!! Drive the distance ....it really is not that much further and so worth the time! In a few months it will be time for me to either buy or lease again and I don't even need to look anywhere else but Thompson's! More
