Service for a recall We had a recall of the second row seats of our 2011 Odyssey. We made an appointment for 1 p.m. We arrived a few minutes before that time. The van was taken back for service within 10 minutes. There was a comfortable place to sit with a charger available for all types of cell phones, a water fountain close and restrooms close. The service was completed in 40 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We have purchased three vans from this dealership. We are very happy with their way of doing business. When we bought our first 2001 Odyssey we had a few problems when we had regular service done. That Service Manager told us that "just because you have an appointment, doesn't mean your vehicle will be taken back to be worked on even close to that time." That was unacceptable and we voiced our dissatisfaction. Since that time, the service and the people have been exemplary. We highly recommend this dealership. More
