Easy to make appointment either by phone or online. Work was performed quickly and professionally. The waiting area was very clean with free coffee, television and free WiFi. Bucky was very professinal, agressive salesman, but never pushy, he always answered every question we had in a timely matter and if he didn't know it, he would get the answer. Also, when I went in to find out about financing everyone in there greated me with a smile and was very polite and professional. When i came in everyone shook my and called me by name. When I came to pick up my vehicle, Bucky spent about 30 plus minutes showing me everything inside my car and how it works, plus asked if I had any other questions and made it clear if I had any at any point to feel free to call him back. I bought a used 2002 Camry and received a great price. Both Jon and Tracy were great to work with and I actually got a better deal than I thought I would. I spent 3 weeks searching for a certified Honda Accord and found four available in the country. I ended up making the 3 hour trip from Chicago to Terre Haute to buy the car. Everything went well all negotiations were taken care of over the phone, I just had to look at the car and make sure it was what I wanted. Bob Lawson was great to work with and said "...if you need anything let me know." Usually you have 90 days to report anything on a certified vehicle, I called after 45 days and haven't heard back. I can't get a call back from the used car manager or the general manager. I don't mind paying when I have to, but not even to return phone calls and say a simple yes or no. I know many people in and out of this business and I would never recommend this dealer to anyone, nor would I return to buy another vehicle if they had what I wanted. More

Then the manager Brian refused to pick up the bike even though insurance would pay to pick up the bike.At this point they would not return emails to me ..Keep in mind this motorcycle complex is quite large ....the manager said that he didnt have a designated employee to pick up motorcycles for repair ...seems like girls to sell clothes and another to answer the phone is more important than providing a customer that bought a bike from them service on a bike. I call that lousy. service after a sale. The service dept in my opinion is top notch. But the manager... needs to go....... james burnett, claremont, il 62421 More
