Not happy I had a fuel tank recall on my ram. I was told the has tank could fall off and ignite....seems pretty serious. I went in to make an appointment which I had a fuel tank recall on my ram. They promised it would only take an hour to inspect my truck. So my wife and infant daughter ended up sitting waiting 6 HOURS just to find out they didnt have the part i needed and they will contact me when it comes in. Meannwhile my child will be riding around in a unsafe vehicle. More

Recall Service My 2013 had 3 recalls. I called an scheduled an appointment. I dropped the vehicle off. I knew it may take more than 1 day due to the amount of work. My 2013 had 3 recalls. I called an scheduled an appointment. I dropped the vehicle off. I knew it may take more than 1 day due to the amount of work. When I arrived to pick up my Ram there was a dash light on for traction control that was not on prior to dropping off the vehicle. I left the dealership believing I could turn off my traction control light to take care of the problem, it did not. I called the dealership when I arrived home. they wanted the vehicle back right away. however I work nights and had not slept yet. I dropped the vehicle off the next morning. I was a computer programing issue. the computer was recalled and when they installed the new one the did not calibrate it correctly. I left the dealership and the very next day my engine light came on. I will not deal with them again. More

Great Service My Father-in-law met Jason at the dealership. We needed help concerning terminating an extended warranty contract because my father-in-law had to sel My Father-in-law met Jason at the dealership. We needed help concerning terminating an extended warranty contract because my father-in-law had to sell his vehicle. I explained the situation to Jason and he was the first person (in many days) to offer great assistance. He went above and beyond to help us with the warranty company and my father-in-law's bank. He took care of all the paperwork and spent a great deal of time with us. I couldn't ask for better service.
