Awful The first time we took our car there we were treated like royalty. We travel from Va so we always call and make an appointment because we travel so fa The first time we took our car there we were treated like royalty. We travel from Va so we always call and make an appointment because we travel so far. It was in the body shop for 3 weeks and Andy never knew what was happening,what kind of boss is that. When it got to the mechanic shop it was there a week. Our main concern was not the dent, but our roof was not working right, going up very slow. The was a man who knew tops, but didn’t have time to look at it and then said it was fine. Going up slow is not fine. They were really backed up and I don’t believe they had time to access it properly. They are waiting for the warranty to run our instead of fixing it. I am disabled and can’t get big grocery orders or cut grass. We had to rent a car $200.00 out of pocket and forced grass cutting is $75.00 each time they do it. Would you do business there? I don’t know if the mgt changed,but the company has, for the worse. Feel free to have corporate contact me.the issue with the top was never addressed thanks to Andy Jeff could not look at it because he keeped our car so long and not telling the truth. So we went to a mechanic we used for 10 to 15 years because we asked to Jeff to check the battery,but we were going to change anyway since it was so old approximately 8 or 9 years old. That never got done. I don’t think the people who take their car to you to fix should have to take it somewhere else to finish the job. P.S. where is my $200.00 for my rental. also both Jeff and the other mechanic stated that could be the problem with the roof. So why was it never addressed. More
