Service for warranty issue My brand new Chrysler Pacifica had engine trouble so I took it to the nearest servicing dealer which was Thompson Chrysler. From the moment I walked i My brand new Chrysler Pacifica had engine trouble so I took it to the nearest servicing dealer which was Thompson Chrysler. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated promptly and fairly by Devon Duncan. He was straight with me about the time it would take to complete the service and Devon worked hard to provide a comparable loaner vehicle that would fit the sales samples I need to carry every day. Service Manager Michael kept me informed of the progress and even offered to help me load the samples back into my Pacifica once I got it back. Well done, guys! More

Without a vehicle for 2 weeks I bought a truck from here Thompson in 2016, WITH the extended bumper to bumper 5 years/100k mile warranty. It now has 50k miles. Message comes on my I bought a truck from here Thompson in 2016, WITH the extended bumper to bumper 5 years/100k mile warranty. It now has 50k miles. Message comes on my dash saying take truck to dealer within 75 miles or you’ll be limited to 5mph. I Take the truck to dealer, stating my problem, They cleared the code. 10 minutes later down the road the code comes back on. I give them a call and they say they can’t diagnosis the truck for two weeks or give me a rental truck and now I am out of the 75 miles. So my 2016 truck with 50 thousand miles with a 5 year/100k mile bumper to bumper warranty has to sit in my driveway for 2 weeks before they can even look at it and I am out of a vehicle to drive for two weeks. More
