UnKnowledgeable technicians I took my tow truck over there charged me almost $1500 for Def service and the next day the issue came back. I checked back with them and the advisor I took my tow truck over there charged me almost $1500 for Def service and the next day the issue came back. I checked back with them and the advisor made a story that the issue is coming from somewhere else" then what the xxxx you guys charged 1500 for. These guys dont even know how to diagnose the issue. Worst service center. Had a same kind of issue before with these people. " i will recommend everyone not to go to this dealership for diagnostics". There techs and advisor sucks. They just know how to get the money from the customer. More

OIL CHANGE I wasn’t expecting to be taken so quickly, I thought there would be a wait time but it maybe the time of day I went in, it was Saturday 09/01 around 1 I wasn’t expecting to be taken so quickly, I thought there would be a wait time but it maybe the time of day I went in, it was Saturday 09/01 around 1:00. I had to wait about 15 minuets to be waited on but in good reason, the man at the counter was already assisting another customer and then another associate came over a little later and took me right away, so all was good. He said there would be an hour and a half wait time from my moment at the desk until it would be finished and much to my surprise around 2:10 he came out and said I was all done! Very good customer service and very quick! I wish I remembered the man’s name whom assisted me, very nice! More
