Long and waste of money My hour appointment turned into a 2 hour and 45 minute appointment. I also needed the nail in my tire removed. Thompson refused to fix the headrest due to being out of warranty. I will be following up with Dodge corporate. I will not be paying out of pocket for a repair that is the fault of Dodge. More
