not to happy Came in for a recall notice, also had them change my oil and rotate my tires. Asked for a shuttle ride to work. My appointment was at 9:00 got there around 8:30. Was told the shuttle was out and would be back soon. Waited in the lounge for the shuttle, after an hour still no shuttle, when I asked about it was told it would be a few minutes more. Another half hour went by and I was told that my car was almost ready it, did I just wanted to wait, so I said okay I'll wait. Another half hour and when I asked again I was told it was almost ready. My time waiting was 3 hours, I could have gone to work and come back that evening. I lost 3 hours of my time and pay. When my service writer wasn't at his desk no one else could help me, I had to talk to the writer assigned to me. No matter who my writer was the other writers should be able to help. More
