Buying a car at the warehouse Conshohocken will be the biggest mistake of your life. They knowingly sell cars with problems and you tell them what’s wrong with the car. Their auto tech will either minim biggest mistake of your life. They knowingly sell cars with problems and you tell them what’s wrong with the car. Their auto tech will either minimize the problem or he’s just that incompetent! Customer service was horrible! After you buy the car, they pretty much don’t want nothing to do with you and will not answer your phone calls. They also will not return phone calls because they got your money. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not buy a car at this place, you will regret it. More

I get it it's a used car but your a dealer.. not only was the thing filthy and had 4 different tires on it which I was willing to deal with along with the back brakes, whatever... Said no accidents, whole front side fender was replaced with a xxxx paint job that I didn't notice until I got it detailed and the paint flaked right off around the blinker light. Front bumper isn't lined up correctly either... All kinds of noises and shakes... Took too jeep.. diagnostic test... Needs a new driveshaft, right and left axels and both hub assembly's need to be replaced! And I'm still waiting on parts so who knows if this is actually the noises that they think they're hearing. So yes I bought I used car I get it....but all that was listed was tires and brakes need to be replaced. Don't go to this place....I waited 4 weeks for the owner to reach out after he wrote they would be reaching out cause of the 1 star rating, so I did not jump to write this... If I could give this place a 0 I would.. you live and learn, stay away.. good thing is I believe in karma and it always comes full circle! Oh and they listed hands free bluetooth which the car doesn't have and I was told they only have to be close to right on options listed! 🤣! See where else I can post this! More

We were looking at a 2005 Ford Escape so we weren't exactly expecting luxury, but the pictures purposely hid the MANY things wrong with the car (Both front leather seats shredded, one with a seat cover already on it, rear driver side door panel LITERALLY falling off and hanging on by the handle, passenger side door lock button completely missing, interior ceiling fabric falling off). The pictures on the site purposely hid all of these things. When I spoke to the sales person on the phone and asked "what is wrong with the car?", he had every opportunity to describe any of these situations. Since we drove 45 minutes, and it's a first car for a teenager, we test drove it. I was afraid to push on the gas pedal because the engine sounded like it was going to blow up. Very quickly the salesman's attention turned to other cars. "Well if you don't like this one, we have a Lexus." Complete waste of time and says a lot about the way this dealership wants to be known. DO NOT GO THERE! More

I purchased a 2016 BMW M235i back in June and again was satisfied with the beginning process. With this said, everything went downhill after that. I drove from 3 hours away to see/purchase the car. When I arrived I immediately saw there was a large crack in the windshield and dent on the hood. This was not communicated with me prior to seeing the car. When I pointed it out the sales guy acted like it was his first time seeing it.. mind you he DROVE the car up to me for a test drive. The crack is directly in the sight of view so there was no possible way he missed this. They ended up taking a few hundred dollars off the initial price because of this and I was satisfied. I purchased the car on the spot and took out a warranty. I made the mistake of taking their word and not inspecting the documents thoroughly enough. I was told the warranty was "about $2,000.00" and was not told it only covered up to 36k miles or 3 years. $2,000.00 really means $2,999.99. In hindsight this is my fault and I should have done my due diligence. I called to cancel the warranty the very next day and was told "no problem" they supposedly mailed a check to the institution I financed through however as of today 9/5 THEY HAVE YET TO RECIEVE THE CHECK. About two months ago I took the car in for an inspection. The BMW dealership found some serious damage done to the car. This included 3/4 rims were bent and warped and needed to be repaired along with the front bumper was damaged and the front splitter was even missing. One of the tires had a large bubble in it and there were a few other issues. In total this cost me $2,600.00 in repairs LESS THAN A MONTH AFTER BUYING THE CAR. I have called at least 10 times within the last two months in an attempt to give them the opportunity to do what they feel is right prior to writing this review however I have been ignored and dismissed. I finally got Andrew on the phone this past Friday and asked very politely that Elya follow up with me about this issue by this Tuesday. It is now Thursday and after calling again today and not getting anyone I am done. I am here to warn anyone who is thinking about getting a car from this place to go somewhere else. I originally was drawn to this place for the price on the car I purchased as it was about $1,000.00 cheaper than what I could find. I also liked the initial service and was excited to work with them. But after they make the sale they don't want to hear from you and do not go out of their way to do the right thing. They sell broken cars and don't care about the ramifications of the financial impact for the consumer. More
Best Experience Ever! I had spent the last 4 months looking for the right car. I found an Audi A4 on KBB.com. I sent in the information request and was called very quickly. From the first contact my salesman, Paddy Miller was honest ,straight forward and quite frankly a xxxx of a guy. When I arrived at the dealership it was a very laid back, friendly atmosphere. The car was exactly as Paddy described . This was a refreshing experience considering the last dealer I went to neglected to tell me that the engine light was on. My whole experience was first class. The finance guy Ilya was really great and got me a better rate than I had for myself. Overall I would definitely recommend giving these guys a shot. I am super happy with the car and the day I spent at the warehouse. Thanks!! More
Great Customer Service- Paddy has been great to work with I recently bought an Audi Q5 from the Warehouse. I was looking for a used model in a certain price range. Paddy was extremely helpful though the whole I recently bought an Audi Q5 from the Warehouse. I was looking for a used model in a certain price range. Paddy was extremely helpful though the whole process, even meeting me in Wilmington Delaware to show me a new trade-in. We had a seamless purchasing process and was able to scan documents over to speed up the paperwork process. A month after purchasing our Q5, Paddy was in touch with us to pick up the second key- again, very accommodating and met us close to home. We will certainly be recommending the Warehouse to our friends and family. More

Deceptive and misleading Put a $300 deposit on a vehicle because I needed a certain towing capacity . I would have purchased the vehicle if it would have done what I needed it to . I guess the Porsche dealership needs the $300 . Total lack of class, professionalism and honesty . As of this day- 5 days after being told it was sold- the vehicle is still listed on their website for sale. I bought my last 4 cars entirely online and I do not need to be sales pitched over the phone and I prefer email as a contact so I have a record of everything said. I advise that dealers dont advertise online if they do not wish to do business online. More

He asked me what I was looking for and when I shared my need including reliability, budget, etc he listened and sent me three cars in a follow up email that met all of my specifications. We narrowed it down to an Acura and that I would come out the next day to see it. The A4 I was originally interested in had a deposit on it. The experience was respectful and Kay was not pushy at all. I ended up purchasing another A4 that had just come in on trade and while I took my kids to lunch they ran it through their shop to check it out. I walked away with a great car, an amazing experience, and would definitely go bsck to The Warehouse and I highly recommend Kay Kao!! More
