BUYER BEWARE! I recently purchased a 2019 X5 from this dealership. 20000 miles and no issues on the Carfax, inspection report, etc. 5 days after purchase, the eng I recently purchased a 2019 X5 from this dealership. 20000 miles and no issues on the Carfax, inspection report, etc. 5 days after purchase, the engine light comes on. Indicates engine pressure is low. Notified BMW Road Assistance and the vehicle was towed into a BMW dealership. 2 weeks later, I am being told the engine needs replacement. Wait, what? The Warehouse could not tell me why. So, I spent the next two months waiting for the vehicle to be repaired. Initially, it was an engine replacement, then a starter issue, and then a flywheel issue. Throughout this whole time, I am incurring rental car costs. BMW claimed that they had no loaner vehicles. At the end of it, I am out neatly 7k in car rental costs. BMW states the the Conshohocken Warehouse should be liable. Conshohocken says BMW should be responsible . So, now I am caught in the middle. Question is, how can I be sold a relatively new vehicle requiring an engine replacement. How is it possible that the Conshohocken Warehouse did not know? A brief review of their website now indicates that I am not the only one who has fallen prey to deceptive advertising and duplicitous business. If this is the modus operandi, then BUYER BEWARE. They will stiff you, possibly falsify records, sell you a vehicle and then walk away and act like they did not know. More

Set appt late one afternoon to see car the next morning. Sent email in morning to confirm car I was looking to buy. Went to appt ,sat down with Kay and he informed me car was sold last night. Car had been in listings for at least 2 weeks and is still being listed as available. Tried to sell me another car at twice the price. I walked out. Old bait and switch. "If its too good to be true.... Shady operation in my opinion. Wasted half a day! More
I was originally assured by the sales rep, Kay, that the vehicle had “no oil consumption issue.” This was an outright lie, the car burned 1q or oil every 200 miles which is excessive by any standard. Considering the car was inspected by the attached Audi dealer, I was quite upset. 6 weeks after the original purchase they agreed to buy back the lemon and refund partial payment. All in all I lost roughly $4,500 on a blatant lie. Would absolutely NOT recommend this place. Highly disappointed. More

I already knew what I wanted, what I consider my fair price, I went to the bank for a bank-check and in 2 hours got out with a new -used- car and left my old car there. More
Purchased a BMW in February 2021.....Salesman provided a Carfax that listed up to date maintenance with no major issues other than headlight condensate. 2 months later the car is parked in my driveway with Carfax that listed up to date maintenance with no major issues other than headlight condensate. 2 months later the car is parked in my driveway with temporary tags (I still don’t have permanent tags). Per the BMW dealer this car is involved in a class action lawsuit regarding the timing chain and engine which the dealer should have disclosed. After seeking 2nd and 3rd opinions I decided to contact The Warehouse Conshohocken to see if we could come to some resolve. I was transferred to Kay who was my original salesman. He basically told me there wasn’t anything he could do. When I asked could I speak to a manager he told me he would tell me the same thing but he would relay the message and he would check on my tags. 1 week later I have not heard from anyone. More
