I emailed the salesman, and got a response that the focus was sold. wasted day off. Horrible dealership, lack of ethics, and unprofessional!! Purchased an Audi A5 with a 3 year service plan, and Gap. Told Mike (sale man) I wanted to pay out of pocket for the service plan. He said I couldn't Purchased an Audi A5 with a 3 year service plan, and Gap. Told Mike (sale man) I wanted to pay out of pocket for the service plan. He said I couldn't it's already on the contract. Decided to cancel the gap on 6/3/16( before the 30 days) and the service plan 6/15/16 (before 30 days), called for the procedure on how to cancel. I was told that because it is within the 30 days, the finance Mgr (Chris) would be the one to send my refund check. it is now 7/29/16 and no refund check. Calls go unanswered or I get the run-a -round & vm messages are not returned. Time to move to the next step!! More

After car-shopping for quite some time, I was getting tired of the stuffy, dishonest and snake-like attitudes of so many salespeople/dealerships. What a breath of fresh air to find a different type of service here! I unfortunately had some problems after buying the car but they worked with me and went above and beyond to solve my problems. I was interested in BMW 5 series and Howard described to car to perfection. It had one blemish on it where Howard said it was. I also dealt with Mark who was very helpful. I asked for the car to be shipped to my house in South Carolina ASAP so that I could leave for the Thanksgiving holiday to go meet my family. The car, title manual all arrived in a timely fashion and I was able to leave and enjoy my vacation. I would recommend dealing with Howard and Mark they were both helpful and honest. I have been using my car now for a few months without any problems whatsoever. Thanks Howard and Mark. More

Mike's professional response was "You don't have to buy it, we'll sell it to someone else. When I called back k and spoke to the sales manager (Jim), his reply "in the last two or three days of the month my guys are incredibly busy". Which was strange, because I went there to do business (buy a vehicle), I spoke with them on the phone to do business (buy a vehicle), AI was looking to spend my money to do business (buying a vehicle. Yet the sales service of this dealership has me now, doing business with someone else. More

(The Warehouse AKA Audi Conshohocken AKA MMCO Auto)My transmission went COMPLETELY after 3 weeks of driving my acura mdx that I was so excited about! I told the dealership what happened and they offered me ONLY $700 towards a new transmission which I accepted but my bill towards me getting my car a new transmission/rebuilt transmission ended up being $3500!!! I went a month without my car (that I was still paying a car note on) becasue I couldnt afford to get it fixed right away. Nobody wants to spend that amount of money on a car that they purchased from a dealership! ! Dealerships have a reputation of selling you a car that works! That THEIR certified mechanics check out and give the OK!! They (The Warehouse AKA Audi Conshohocken AKA MMCO Auto) even inspected my car before I signed on the dotted line and then 3 weeks later (within the first 30 days of purchase) I'm out of commission. I had my mechanic look at my car, he was the one who told me my tans was shot, and he said anyone who looked at this car ANY MECHANIC would have known that the trans was a bout to go!! The dealer PRESSURED the xxxx out of me to get their warranty for $2800.00 and I said no because I knew where I could get a cheaper warranty with the same coverage. The warranty that I chose to buy doesn't cover PRE EXISTING conditions!!!! Which I don't blame them! This all traces back to The Warehouse AKA Audi Conshohocken AKA MMCO Auto! 3 months later I AM STILL WITHOUT A CAR BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF THE AUTOBODY shop having issues with this STUPID CAR and the dealership does nothing! I wish I could enforce the lemon law but in PA your car has to be a 2009 or newer and the car I bought is a 2005. Dont get me wrong the staff was very polite and nice to me but theres a line of integrity here. You dont sell cars that are JUST ABOUT to break down and try to PRESSURE people to buy YOUR expensive warranty to save your BUTT!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM! !! SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE! More
