Frank has been the best car salesperson that I have ever dealt with. This is my 3rd BMW from the Imported Car Store and it has always been outstanding, friendly, courteous service but Frank has gone above dealt with. During the sales he was not pushy (but they have never been there)but what I found outstanding about Frank is that is service did not end with the sale. When he sees in at the dealership he always come to greet me and to make sure that everything is OK and I am taken care of. Wonderful experience!! More

Came in looking for a new car and the were very acomadating and friendly. They offered to let us drive the car for a day to test it out, we did and they were not pushy at all. I STOPPED IN TO CHECK OUT SOME PRE-OWNED CARS. I HAVE AVOIDED THIS STORE IN THE PAST BECAUSE I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS OUT OF MY PRICE RANGE. I HAD A SALESMAN NAMED FRANK WHO EDUCATED ME ON BMW AND THE FI AVOIDED THIS STORE IN THE PAST BECAUSE I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS OUT OF MY PRICE RANGE. I HAD A SALESMAN NAMED FRANK WHO EDUCATED ME ON BMW AND THE FINANCING OPTIONS. ALTHOUGH THEY DIDNT HAVE A CAR IN MY BUDGET AT THE MOMENT, HE ASSURED ME THAT THEY DO GET THEM IN. IN THE PAST I HAVE BEEN A FORD AND CHEVY MAN , JUST BASED ON PRICE MAINLY. I AM WAITING PATIENTLY FOR A PHONE CALL FROM FRANK TO TELL ME A CAR HAS (TRADE-IN) ARRIVED. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED A BMW AND AFTER TALKING WITH FRANK I AM PRETTY SURE IT CAN BECOME A REALITY. I DONT THINK ANYONE ENJOYS GOING TO A CAR DEALER TO BE HASSLED BY A CAR SALESMAN. Not to often does a dealer, mostly the most expensive route for any repair on a vehicle, ever "wowed" me for the commendable service. I went in for a car wash one afternoon, they noticed my cup-holder was broken, and since I was still on the fantastic BMW warranty, it was replaced at no charge. The scheduled me an appointment at the time of my choosing for the following week to get the cup-holder repaired. I then mistakingly showed up for my service an hour and half early, and instead of telling me to come back, they took my car anyway and work on it early. They then proceeded to do other maintenance on my car, even-though my car said I wasn't due for a service; this saved me a lot of time from having to come back for another service. 2 hours later I walked out of the dealership, keys to a fully functioning cup-holder and a turned-up BMW; with no swipe of the credit needed. Words can not express the awesome folks working at the Imported Car Store. THANKS GUYS....I LOVE IT EVERY TIME!!! More
