William Howard is the best Client Advisor I have ever had the priviledge to do business with. I love my 2011 BMW M3 Coupe, and William took the time and effort to make sure everything was perfect. William also set up a factory delivery for me in Geenville, SC. I greatly enjoyed touring the X3, X6 and X6 manufacturing facility as well as getting one on one operations and driver's training on an M3 and X5 at the test tracks from the best BMW instructors. I could not be happier with the entire experience from start to finish! Thank you very much, William! More

I purchased my 2010 BMW working with Bill Howard. He was the only reason that caused me to puchase from the Imported Car Store. He is very friendly and made the process very quick and easy. This review is specific to William Howard and not related to the BMW that I purchased which I am not really happy with its quality. Big and negative surprise to me for the typical quality of the BMW cars. More

The imported car store has a reputation for having extremely poor customer service, and they live up to that reputation. I have purchased two cars from them, and I will never purchase another because extremely poor customer service, and they live up to that reputation. I have purchased two cars from them, and I will never purchase another because their service department is so poor. Their service after the sale is deplorable. I have had to take my car in multiple times for the same issue because they could not fix it the first time. I had to take it in three times just for them to replace the fuel injectors. I had a volvo from them years ago that had to have the air conditioner worked on seven times. Seven! They charge very high prices, are not accomodating, and do not seem to care about the customer. At one point I called BMW corporate to complain about their actions, and the people at BMW corporate said their were aware of the problems at the imported car store and had recieved several complaints similar to mine. Some friends of mine wanted a BMW and drove an hour to the Fields BMW dealer in orlando, and said it was the best decision they had ever made. Fields even sent a truck over to pick up their car for servicing so the fact that the dealer is so far away is not a big issue. The employees at Fields BMW were friendsly and very courteous. It is a world different than the Imported Car Store. When I bought a Volkswagen I refused to buy it from VW of Melbourne because it is owned by the imported car store, I drove over to David Maus VW in Orlando. Even if you want to get your BMW serviced in melbourne, take it to Gatto's or some other garage. Gattos can get the same parts, and they will do a better job, with better service, for a lower price. The cost of labor at the Imported Car Store is $124 per hour, where it is only $90 at Gattos and they are much nicer to deal with. I know it is hard to believe a dealership can be this poor, but trust me they are. Buy a BMW from fields and either get it serviced at fields or Gattos. Bottom line: avoid the Imported Car Store at all costs. More

Very good experience overall. The first contract presented to me for signature was not what had been previously discussed. The lease requested was for 10,000 miles and the contract was prepared for presented to me for signature was not what had been previously discussed. The lease requested was for 10,000 miles and the contract was prepared for 12,000 mile. this was quickly corrected when I brought it to their attention. Vehicle preparation and presentation by sales personel was very well done and complete. More

I went in to the dealer for a quick service and to look over the new Z4 again. I spoke with Nancy and was suprised everyone at the dealership remembered me and greeted me with such enthusiasm. I test drove the new Z4 with Nancy who is very knowledgeable, personable, and fun to be around. I decided to run the numbers. Nancy went out of her way to ensure the deal was too fantastic to walk away from. She has such a nice way about her and is an extremely professional BMW representative. From John in service, Gerri in parts, Ken in the management office, Nancy in sales, to Chad running the numbers, this is always such a great experience and exemplary group of people to see and work with. My highest recommendation goes to this dealership and staff!! They are a pleasure to know and to deal with, constantly exceeding my every expectation.
