Jamison is by far the best and most personable service advisor that I have encountered in the past 5 years! i have had service done in Melbourne, Daytona, and Fort Pierce, and he is the most professional advisor that I have encountered in the past 5 years! i have had service done in Melbourne, Daytona, and Fort Pierce, and he is the most professional and courteous by far! He explained the service that was to be provided and what would be checked on. He called promptly when the car was done and explained the work performed. He also promptly returned my phone call requesting an appt. the previous day. I would not recommend the sales dept. as their mgr. lowballed me on a car, when I knew and was able to purchase a similar car at another dealer. He wasn't very personable either. More

We have bought several BMW's from the Imported Car Store over the years. What's important about the Imported Car Store is that the Service Dept. is great, they always back up what they sell. Brian Pelliti over the years. What's important about the Imported Car Store is that the Service Dept. is great, they always back up what they sell. Brian Pellitier has always treated me and my wife with amazing professionalism. We bought a car for our daughter as well and she has been treated with the upmost respect. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for great Sales and Service of their BMW. More
I certainly do not recommend the ICS of Melbourne, FL for any service or parts needs...look elsewhere. If I were the GM of that store, I'd probably fire and replace the entire service/parts staff...just abo any service or parts needs...look elsewhere. If I were the GM of that store, I'd probably fire and replace the entire service/parts staff...just about all are worthless. For example, I took in my car to have a part fixed that should have easily been covered under warranty (had the vehicle for about 8 months...still covered under CPO) and yet they wanted to charge me full rate to fix the piece that fell off. I paid it...like a dummy...but I'm much wiser now for the experience. Moving forward, I had to take the car down there three times...back and forth...three times just to get the needed parts right (they ordered something...but it was wrong...sent it back and re-ordered the same wrong part again...so finally we got the right part (yeah!)...however, they scheduled an install date and when I showed up to finally have the car fixed they figured out that "gee...I think this needs painting...can you come back next week?). AARRGGHH!!! The worst part of it all is...this isn't a fluke incident with these folks! Not quite learning my lesson, I had to take the car in yet again to get a slow-leak checked out. While I was waiting a gentlemen asked the parts guy if he could get a new set of floor mats for his 7-series...okay, nothing out of the ordinary with that...but what came next was totally inexcusable! The parts representative (the BMW parts guy...not the Volvo guy) didn't bat an eye and asked..."is that for the convertible, coupe or sedan?" Both the 7-series owner and I looked at each other in disbelief...did we just hear that? Sure enough, the parts guy asked it again...I'm surprised the other owner didn't come unglued...because I sure as heck almost did. You'd figure, that someone who specializes in a product would acutally know the product he's specializing in? They never made a coupe or convertible 7-series...EVER!!! If I were his boss I'd fire him on the spot...I know that sounds harsh but my recent back-and-forth due to incompetant parts dept personnel really had me fired up. Yet, this is but one of many of the 'quality' people they have working at ICS in Melbourne FL...I cannot say anything about the sales staff other than I wouldn't trust any of them (just by observation...I could be completely wrong). Be wary when dealing with the service and parts staff at ICS. More
bought this car and engine light came on , they supposetly checked it and told me nothing was wrong with it.after buying the vehicle , the light came back on .So i took it to my mechanic , and he t supposetly checked it and told me nothing was wrong with it.after buying the vehicle , the light came back on .So i took it to my mechanic , and he told me his new computer that he had just used yesterday , didn't comunicate with the car computer. and the engine was smoking. After talking to BMW in melbourne . They accused my mechanic , of not knowing what he was doing , i still told them i didn't want the vehicle. instead we purchased the same vehicle in ft lauderdale . BE CAREFULL with the melbourne dealership More
Completely unable to diagnose issues with a vehicle unless the "check engine" light is on and admits such when confronted about keeping my car for over 2 weeks without diagnosis. Unwilling to investig unless the "check engine" light is on and admits such when confronted about keeping my car for over 2 weeks without diagnosis. Unwilling to investigate a part that has a class action lawsuit, court ordered warranty and overall risks the safety and life of the driver without any warning. All signs that the part is bad, except the "check engine" light not being on. Customer service is the worst I have EVER dealt with, treating the customer as though they have imagined the problem, rarely returns phone calls, and admits that customer safety is NOT something they are concerned with. Jamison is incompetent and makes excuses for lack of technical capability at this dealership and refuses to bring in outside expertise. He has actually directly accused customers of imagining issues. I had a separate electrical issue that required 3 (THREE!) visits to the service center before they would actually try to diagnose the issue, the first 2 visits he treated me as though I was delusional. Just purchased a 2008 M5 from this dealer after dealing with Hugh (sales mgr) online. I was able to negotiate a great deal before I ever arrived and they coudln't have been nicer during the delivery. The with Hugh (sales mgr) online. I was able to negotiate a great deal before I ever arrived and they coudln't have been nicer during the delivery. They picked me up at the aiport - and I was out the door/in my new M5 in about an hour. I would highly recommend this dealer. Probably the easiest car purchase I've ever had. More
Brought my 98 318ti in for service two weeks ago. They looked over the car and gave my estimate. I chose to service my weather stripping and had the part ordered. I was told it would be 2-3 days. Almost a looked over the car and gave my estimate. I chose to service my weather stripping and had the part ordered. I was told it would be 2-3 days. Almost a week went by and no part had even been shipped out yet. finally i picked up my car and was told not to worry about the bill at the time. 2 days later my part came in only to find it was the wrong part. The service department went on to charge me $106 for doing nothing but an hour check out. After 2 weeks of inconvence, empty promises, no service i got to pay over $100 which i'm fighting to get back now. The staff there were rude and condisending. They made me feel like i had no right being there or owning a bmw just because I am a younger driver. They also had an attitude that my car, being a 318ti was not worth their time or energy since it was so low end. I'll never use them again and almost don't want a BMW after this. More
This dealership has a horrible service department. I have had nothing but poor service and problems since I got my 2005 325i. In the most recent go-round, they have tried and failed three times to prop have had nothing but poor service and problems since I got my 2005 325i. In the most recent go-round, they have tried and failed three times to properly balance my tires, then tried to tell me that my ContiTouringCompact tires were high performance, and that I could only expect 12-20K miles from them. Due to the fact that they never got the balancing correct, the tires are prematurely worn and will have to be replaced. During the last service visit, the necessary part was not ordered, despite the fact that I made the appointment two weeks in advance, and during the visit, they ripped the driver's door seal. They are condescending and demeaning, and it is obvious that they take the attitude that a woman can't possibly know anything about cars. They have made me late for work several times, despite the fact that I scheduled a courtesy car in advance. They have called and told me that my car is ready, then made me wait 30 minutes when I arrived to pick it up because it "wasn't really ready, just almost ready." It's a pity the service department is so poor, because I have no complaints at all about the sales staff. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend that anyone buy a car from this dealership, just because of their lousy service department. More
The dealer had a car advertised out by the street with a specific price but when I made an offer they told me that the price was actually $6000 more. As I spoke with them more they told me that they miss p specific price but when I made an offer they told me that the price was actually $6000 more. As I spoke with them more they told me that they miss priced the car and were planning to make the change in price, but hadn't been able to get around to get it. Be careful with these guys.<br> More
