STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE After being told numerous times over the phone that the car was in great shape and there was nothing wrong with it physically or mechanically I travel After being told numerous times over the phone that the car was in great shape and there was nothing wrong with it physically or mechanically I traveled 6 hours on a train so that I could buy the car and drive it home. I arrived in chicago and I took an hour long cab from the train station to the dealership and looked the car over, everything was rusted out and in terrible shape under the car and there was a terrible ticking noise coming from the motor. The exhaust manifolds were leaking so bad you could hear it over the engine running and the air conditioner on full blast. I guess the salesman thought if he set the ac to full blast maybe I wouldnt hear the noise? The sales team had a terrible attitude and wouldnt even assist me in getting a cab to get me to the train station so I could get home. Needless to say I mssed the train and had to fly back to KY, After waisting $600 of my hard earned money and a whole day of my time I would not recommend this place to anyone. be aware of this dealership. i would like to start off by saying i purchased a 2004 bmw 745 li, i put down payment financed the rest, 6500 cash purchased a warranty 300 down to i would like to start off by saying i purchased a 2004 bmw 745 li, i put down payment financed the rest, 6500 cash purchased a warranty 300 down to get started compass warranty the best one they offer with all the gadgets and motor and trans., they promised a free 30 day complimentary warranty the next day the check engine light came on, they kept resetting it claimed they would fix it they ordered the part finance manager mikey, what a joke this guy is a joke never returned calls, the dealer took the cash and cancelled the warranty kept the money never fixed the car had to report this dealership to lisa madigans office consumer fraud dept. they still haven't made good on there sale they are very cricked and bad people to do business with, all together 6800 dollars and they did me like this. beware the cars they have problems hidden and they will not fix them they will rob you blind beware mikey and lance are very unprofessional. thumbs down and ill see you in court god as my witness, this dealer shouldn't be in business, cheating the warranty company to fix existing problems they promise the customer they would fix, fraud and thats a crime, dont get stuck like i did it will cost youa lot of money, More

Worst dealership ever! Horrible dealership!! First let me start off with I bought a used car from them with the dirtiest oil I have ever seen in my life in it and was told t Horrible dealership!! First let me start off with I bought a used car from them with the dirtiest oil I have ever seen in my life in it and was told that they would give me a free oil change at a later date because their mechanics were gone for the day, which I already wasn't fond about already being that I live about 45 minutes from the dealership but I said ok. So about 9 days later I get up and the car will not start, the battery is dead, ok so I charged it and then the next day I wake up to the same thing a car that will not start. So I charged it and took it back to Import Auto Gallery not only for the battery but because the car was shaking and making a weird noise. So I get there and they check the battery and say it is fine and the car is fine and that there is nothing wrong with it and just end up giving me the oil change they owe me. So the next day, day 11 of owning this vehicle mind u, I wake up yet again to a car that will not start, so I charge it again as I had an appointment I needed to get to. About a block or so away from my appointment location I notice the car not wanting to drive and stuttering and simply revving up but not wanting to move forward. I get to my appointment and get out of the car only to notice a trail of my radiator fluid for over a block long as it had leaked out all of the fluid and at this point would no longer go into drive at all. I immediately call import auto gallery and explain to them the situation after I had gotten the run a round from them for about 2 hours with people keep telling me they will call me back and finally I speak to them hours later and they are not willing to do anything to fix the problem, mind you I have only had this vehicle for 11 days. So now not only do I have to pay tow charges but I have to pay out of my own pocket to repair the vehicle which ended up needing an entire new radiator and hose. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this dealer, they do not stand behind there products, will not help you if a problem occurs and just simply want your money. Worst experience of my life and I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and am consulting an attorney because they should not be able to get away with this and should not be able to do this to anyone else!! More

Well after we arrived, we found the car jacked up with the mechanic under the hood. Uhm, the salesman was very friendly in trying to get us to leave a deposit for a car being repaired that we had not test drove. Plus he keep telling us the engine light had been on and the mechanic was replacing the censor? He wanted us to wait a hour to test drive the car. From the looks of the disassemble car plus the entire tire and other parts were on the floor, there was no way this car would of been driveable within an hour. Please believe me when I say these other reviews are strongly recommended. Keep your $$ in your pocket and get a great car somewhere that is repitable. More

Very Good Experience My husband was looking for a new car when he decided on going thru this dealership after checking others. Upon initial inspection of the 2006 BMW all My husband was looking for a new car when he decided on going thru this dealership after checking others. Upon initial inspection of the 2006 BMW all I noticed was some paint damage and asked Anthony if they could fix it before we got it. He assured me it would be done and it was. We picked the car up on Tuesday and that evening there was a problem with putting the car in park. My husband contacted Anthony immediately and was told it would be looked into in the morning. After all said and done the dealership took care of the problem and even the bill, even though we knew we were purchasing the car in "as is condition" and they did not have to. I am so glad they did and they were all very helpful, and worked with us. We will definitely be repeat customers. More
The worst cusomer service I have ever experienced. I bought a car from here a few months back. The car was in great condition but there was a small problem that I didn't realize was there until the n I bought a car from here a few months back. The car was in great condition but there was a small problem that I didn't realize was there until the next day. I took the car to a mechanic friend of mine and said the problem is most likely dealing with the transmission bearings. If that was the case, I figured I take the car back and have this dealer check up on it. I told my salesman about the issue, and he said it would take a few minutes for someone to check the problem on my car. I waited for over an hour, not having anyone reassure me that I would be taken care of soon. Now I don't know about you, but I hate bad customer service, and this place is a perfect example of it. I had to go in their office myself in which I talked to the sales manager. He had a horrible attitude, and he concluded that all sales are final and there was nothing they could do for the car. I can understand that all sales are final, but I simply wanted for their mechanic to take a look under the hood and they simply dismissed my case. This is the worst customer service experience I've had in my life, and if you want a great buying experience, DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE. More
