Do not trust these people. The first thing they gave me when I went to see the car I was interested in was a carfax report showing a single owner and no accidents. I asked the salesman about the history o when I went to see the car I was interested in was a carfax report showing a single owner and no accidents. I asked the salesman about the history of the car as it had very low mileage and thought it might be a repo. He said it was. After purchasing the car I took it to a dealer for an oil change and they told me the car had been in a collision. It had been repaired simply to the point where it looked good to the average person but still had many issues. After investigating more we found out the car had been a part of a fleet (e,g, rental car) and had been sold at auction after a major accident. The VIN report shows unibody/frame damage was noted to the buyer (the car dealer). We aren't even sure there are airbags in the car. The car is unsafe to drive according to my body shop. I am in the middle of hiring an attorney but I'm not sure what the outcome will be. Do not walk away, RUN FROM THIS DEALER!!!!! More
The poorest service and straight faced lying. I drove The poorest service and straight faced lying. I drove 3.5 hrs to test drive there listed 2004 Audi A4. Looking over the car, everything appeared to The poorest service and straight faced lying. I drove 3.5 hrs to test drive there listed 2004 Audi A4. Looking over the car, everything appeared to be as advertised. During the test drive the car started making an awful ticking noise and the oil light began to flash. The sales rep said this was the first time this happened and brought it to a local Audi mechanic. The mechanic reported that the engine was knocking an probably would need to be rebuilt. Understanding that this could really be the first time this occurred, I left back for MI, not wanting to buy a vehicle that had engine problems. Three weeks later, I notice the car has been reposted. I called Import and they said a new engine had been installed and the car is running great. That weekend I drove 3.5 hrs again, with the anticipation to purchase the car. Everything appeared to be as they said, until I test drove it again. SAME THING + the power steering did not work! The sales reps and owners had no apology and could not produce a reciept for the new engine installed. The ad was misleading and completely false. The car was not repaired. More
I had the deal all set, part of the deal was to remove the pin stripes off the car. They said no problem, I got a ride from my wife with the kids in the car, and go to pick up the car and of course the the pin stripes off the car. They said no problem, I got a ride from my wife with the kids in the car, and go to pick up the car and of course the pin stripes are still there. I asked what is going on, they said they couldn't remove them. I can understand that but how about a phone call! Then the unprofessional owner steps in who looked like he had a and day at the track tells me that he is not going to reduce the price by even a penny. Totally unprofessional and not willing to do anything not even apologize for calling me before hand. I normally like to feel good about people I do business with this company is full of shies tears and crooks. More
Well, I wish there is a negative rating. This is my story. First it starts by replying to my offer and excepted it but asked me to come to check my trade in. When I get there they were so nice just lik story. First it starts by replying to my offer and excepted it but asked me to come to check my trade in. When I get there they were so nice just like all other dealers. But this was just a mask. The story is very long but I'll try to list the main issues. First, I get rejected for car finance so my friend asks them to put her name. They did and she was accepted. After that, one of the sales men (I think Jeff) ask me to sit in his office while she signed the documents. Few days later I discovered they made her sign for $10500 instead of $9000 ($1500 more than I agreed with Jesse on by email) Second, A day after I called Mike to let him know that there are two more problems than the one we discussed. And he said "Tell the mechanic and he will take care of them". So I asked him to make the appointment for me he said sure. On the appointment day I called Mike to confirm before I start driving since they are two hours away. Mike told me just go to the mechanic directly and he text me the address. When I get there I was told by the mechanic that he can’t fix the car today and I should make appointment so I told him I have one he went to check and told me Mike never called and there is no appointment. Third, When I went back to discus the problems listed above, I was told to leave or they were going to call the police and told the police I was threatening them (sure they will after all the lies it would not be hard for them to lie to the police) Fourth, Now temporary plate is expired and they don’t want to send me a new one. When my friend called they put her on hold for ever and if she reaches Mike he will tell her he is going to call her back in 10 minutes and never does. When we finally got the number to the title company after 28 days, she contacted them (title company) and they told her they just receive the paper work from Import Auto Gallery yesterday which is tow days before the temporary plate expires. After all they the title company told her that the power of attorney paper was not the correct one they had her sign in the deal that she needed to sign another one. She contacted Mike again and he said no the one we signed was good enough. And we needed to get the care emission tested and VIN number verified and overnight it back to them (Import Auto Gallery). Another expense they want us to pay for. She has stopped dealing with the dealer and is now going through the title company and getting everything fixed just so we can get plates for the car. More
The dealership mislead me on the condition of thier car. The pictures they posted online are very well done as not to show any flaws on vehicles that they want to hide. I flew into town with a check for the The pictures they posted online are very well done as not to show any flaws on vehicles that they want to hide. I flew into town with a check for the vehicle. Upon seeing the vehicle I realized that I had been lied to. Scratches and paint work were obvious. I asked many detailed questions about the vehicle before I booked my flight and was given all the right answers. It's obvious they thought "let's just get him here and he will take it anyway". Sorry, not me. I stayed all night in the airport and flew home the next day. Huge waste of time and money! More
I hope you like Lemonade! That's what you end up making after driving away from this "dealership". Bought a car from them on a Saturday and as I was leaving noticed the radio was shorting out, turned arou after driving away from this "dealership". Bought a car from them on a Saturday and as I was leaving noticed the radio was shorting out, turned around and went back to inform them. They said their mechanic was gone for the day and asked that I bring it back the following week. I said 'sure'. So the following week arrives and I'm going to take the car back (it's been driven less than 25 miles) and it wont turn over (battery is fine)--I call Jesse and he asks if I'm planning on bringing the car in for the radio and I said "I was going to but now it won't start". Jesse said let me call you back. He called me back and said that he's going to get a truck to come out and pick up the car and will call later with details. Well 2 days have gone by, I still have the car in my garage and Jesse has 4 voice mail messages from me--none have which have been returned. More
