After an initial hiccup, they took good care of me & my car I wasn't happy with the initial estimate of when my car could be seen, but Dominique intervened and they fit me in the next day. Long wait when svc neede: for parts, for loaner vehicles I want to say all good things about the service representatives Oscar and Ryan who do a great job for customers. But they are hampered by several fact I want to say all good things about the service representatives Oscar and Ryan who do a great job for customers. But they are hampered by several factors, including that there is a very long delay in obtaining parts required for service, and that there are few loaner vehicles available (even when a customer's still-under-warranty car is entirely out of svc). I have one specific problem with them right now: a part was ordered months ago, and the center required prepayment from me, but it has not arrived, and they do not have a scheduled date for delivery. I have requested a refund since they have been holding my money for a long time, but there has been no response or approval for that. I hope that the parts/service manager will read this review and FINALLY respond - - I have been waiting for an answer for weeks. More
