Ryan and his team are professional, knowledgeable and get the job done on time. Ryan took the time to explain the brake fluid procedure and proactively suggested other maintenance procedures to keep my Fiat 500 running smoothly. The fresh bagels and hot soup also caught my eye on this dreary Saturday visit. I look forward to my next visit seeing a Ryan, Oscar and the team. Keep up the good work! More

Make sure you fully inspect your used car I worked with Kane online and he promised me a deal then when back on it even though I had it in writing. I had to go through all this hassle even though this was my second car bought there. My first experience was excellent. Kane doesn’t even deserve one star in my opinion. The service department was great. Very friendly and Marcell and Moe were very knowledgeable. I unfortunately had to insist on speaking to me Fischer, the owner, who was hesitant to help me at first but we can to an agreement about my used car. My experience was nothing at all like the first time. The first time, even though it was another used vehicle that I bought, the salesperson worked with me until I was happy with the car. I was expecting the same outcome with the second experience but when I went to go look at my car it had a broken windshield and many other things wrong with it. It wasn’t just a minor crack it was a 4 inch crack and a 2 inch crack. The salesperson and Dominique, a sales manager, told me everything looked good and they were detailing it. Wouldn’t you think someone would notice the 4 inch crack in the windshield before selling it to a customer. Even though mr Fischer became involved I was still not 100% happy with the outcome. Well we will see how long this car lasts. This will be the last time I will be doing business with this company. More

They offered me complimentary shuttle service back and forth to my house (within their 10-mile limit), so that I didn't have to wait in the lobby the entire time they worked on my car. AND Ryan (customer service rep) was the first person in 5 years to tell me that they offer unlimited FREE car washes (and vacuuming!) to Fiat/Alfa Romero owners who bring their car there for services! This is all in addition to their comfy waiting area that offers free snacks and beverages, as well as a computer station if you need to wait for your car and want to get some work done or surf the web. More

Used vehicle purchase I bought a used 2012 Kia Van from Autobarn. It had only 55,000 miles, but had been in an accident. They had repaired it, and offered it for sale. The I bought a used 2012 Kia Van from Autobarn. It had only 55,000 miles, but had been in an accident. They had repaired it, and offered it for sale. The van drives and rides like a new car. One item, not noticed on the first inspection was that the passenger side mirror cover had been replaced but not painted. Even after paying for the van on the way out the door, they agreed to fix that at no charge and now it looks new. More
Horrible scammers!!!! Today I bought a oil change package that i inquired about two weeks ago before having service done to my vehicle that I was told would cover the work Today I bought a oil change package that i inquired about two weeks ago before having service done to my vehicle that I was told would cover the work being done. Before actually making the purchase I asked yet again to be sure before making the purchase being told twice I would be covered and after paying my money service denied my coverage the finance manager was suppose to refund me however never called me to cancel. I called them at least 30xs to speak to someone and they were answering placing me on hold then after a min or so would hang up. I called back from a different phone to see if it was a problem with their phone when I’m fact they were hanging up in my face. Finally I was able to speak to the owner who was nonchalant about the situation very unprofessional from the owner to the managers to the service department. I would never do business there again I’ve spent so much of my money there and referred people to purchase vehicles to have been treated so poorly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there and spend their money! They will tell you ANYTHING for a sell and once it’s sealed they could care less!!!! More
