Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable and you could tell that he took an interest in getting to know the client and their needs. It was a pleasure to speak with him as he answered every one of my questions. Since I live 1 hour and 15 min. away from Evanston, it is an effort to have my car serviced, when I can go to Schaumburg Alfa in 45 minutes but there is such a difference in the quality of service between the two dealerships that I will always make the extra effort to drive to Autobarn of Evanston for every service.
