With an Alfa, and really any car with advanced performance and electronics this is a hands on task. The Autobarn Service staff, specically Ryan McCarthy (but not exclusively), is in the right role. He proactively anticipates needs and makes things happen for my Giulia. It is a smooth event when I come in for either recalls, scheduled service, or even detailing. It is a testament to a single vision of Autobarn that the service center ably supports the after sale support. Many reports online are critical of their local service. My hope is that with the inclusion of the new large used car center, that the quality of the Alfa care is maintained and that service of all car lines is enhanced! More

He helped me to get financing for my first auto loan, and personally guided us to someone who got us an incredible insurance rate on top of that - going above and beyond to make sure we were fully taken care of with plenty of coverage and affordable prices. Everyone we spoke to during the process explained everything in detail and made sure that we only said yes to what we absolutely wanted and needed. I felt safe and I could trust them - which was my main concern in going through a dealership. I can't recommend them highly enough for buying! More

Knowledgeable service center I took my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio for scheduled service and to have dashboard lights checked, they were knowledgeable about the recall that mad I took my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio for scheduled service and to have dashboard lights checked, they were knowledgeable about the recall that made one of the service lights come up and they will replace the part under warranty. Also they were able to find the reason for the other service light to come up and solved it at the time by recharging my low battery. Nice and clean waiting area and very nice staff all around. 100% recommended. More

Despi James was incredibly kind and patient. I was a first time car buyer so naturally I did not know much about buying a car or any of the logistics. Despite this James never once got impatient or exasperated, he stayed late two hours past closing time to make sure all of our needs were met and we were satisfied. He even told me that I could come back any time and he would help me if any problems arose with the used car I bought. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership if James is the salesman! More
