A new vehicle was purchased. Immediately identified a repair that needed to happen. The repair had to be delayed due to scheduling. Finally got the truck in and they said they repaired it, but it was not repaired. Additionally, during the oil change, they left enough residual oil that it was dripping on the concrete after I got back from picking it up. They pleasantly told me to bring the truck in and they would fix the oil leak but they did not fix the steering issue. Also when I purchased the vehicle it was missing 2 options that said "Dealer installed". They were not installed. I finally got one of them installed at the 7500 mile service but the other still hasn't come off of backorder. I am currently at 22500. Not happy. More
