I travelled from Florida to purchase a 2018 Ram 2500. Salesperson Trinity was very helpful at first but this changed when the paperwork was signed. Everybody was helpful until the paperwork was signed and I felt rushed. When signing the paperwork the finance person seemed lost and had to get help from someone else. This caused us not to purchase the extended warranty then, he rushed through everything. The vehicle was not as described by Trinity and has an awful cigarette smoke smell that has progressively gotten worse, even though she said it was never smoked in. I have had it detailed twice with no luck on the smell, it comes back. The exterior of the vehicle had numerous dings and dents that were not disclosed. Very disappointed in the way I was treated after purchasing the vehicle. Worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I wanted an extended warranty, no help from the dealership. Buyer beware!!! The day of purchase was a 5 star day but my rating is based on afterward. I’m finding there is no customer service after the sale. One of the keys I was given is not to my vehicle. I have texted and emailed asking that my key be mailed to me then I will mail the one I got back to you. I have received no response. Also I got a phone message and email that my plates are in. Once again I replied to the email asking that the plates and my key be mailed to me. I have had no response to that request either. I was told when I got the car that mailing my plates would be no problem. And I don’t think I should have to make the 4 hour round trip to swap keys since that was not my fault. You all should have already made sure that I received my correct key. I need to hear from someone that my key and plates are enroute to me. If I get get that done then I would change my answer to yes I would recommend you to others. More

Service department was excellent, I tried to trade my 2022 GMC 3.0 X31 in on a new 2024 and worked with Daniel for 10 minutes and it was a no go.
