I have used the service department multiple times and have been disappointed by their efficiency every time. I always had an appointment, arrived prior to my time, and had simple oil changes and tire rot have been disappointed by their efficiency every time. Misdiagnosed my vehicle and when told they came back with the right diagnosis after they had to be told to recheck it. Contacted dealership to buy 1 maybe 2 Buick Enclaves per the price advertised on AutoTrader. I was willing to come from hundreds of miles away, but the dealer wanted to add $6,000 to the AutoTrader advertis the price advertised on AutoTrader.
