Do not waste your time, very unprofessional dealership. They advertise cars at a great price and then add on over $3000.00 in fees under "Addendums" not including taxes and title. Car was left for work, with them to call me next day but didn’t, waited 2 days no call so I decided to call then but could never get a hold of the service dept had to go thru sales and even they couldn’t ge didn’t, waited 2 days no call so I decided to call then but could never get a hold of the service dept had to go thru sales and even they couldn’t get ahold of anyone so was told to leave contact info so they could call back and even they they still didn’t.. Car ended up staying for a week without getting worked on, needed car back beforehand part came in after ended up retrieving car back without getting worked on cause it was gonna supposedly take a day or 2 more to put in part so decided not to… But when I got there to pick up car they were trying to put in car for me telling me now it would be 1-2 hours where before it was gonna be 1-2 days didn’t understand why the change so just aggravated refused and got the car back On the other hand at first they were gonna charge me even though I had no work done but after husband talked to service advisor they didn’t so appreciated that part More
