From that moment until today, Terry Subaru has met or exceeded our expectations at every encounter! I am pleased to say that General Manager, Mark Dalton is “Best in Class” and casts a long shadow for his staff! (We had never met Mr. Dalton, Mr. Terry or any of the Terry team before that day.) We purchased a Subaru Ascent and have never regretted that decision. Since our purchase, Service Director, Buddy Davis and Service Advisor Chase Davis have made us feel like old friends. We started our search for our new car almost 1 year in advance. After lots of reviews we decided on a Subaru Crosstrek. We visited Terry Subaru numerous times dealing with Veron who was very nice and answ advance. After lots of reviews we decided on a Subaru Crosstrek. We visited Terry Subaru numerous times dealing with Veron who was very nice and answered all our questions. Subaru redesigned the 2024 Crosstrek and when the time came we made our decision BUT Subaru was only building a limited number. By chance on the way to the Toyota dealer we stopped there first. And by luck Veron told us we have a Limited Crosstrek in white coming in a few weeks. My wife found her car and we made a deposit. Veron kept in touch and in about 3 weeks it arrived. We finalized the deal and drove it home. Terry Subaru / Veron were nice to us each time we came in and there was no pressure or feeling rushed along with being respected. As senior citizens we appreciated this way of doing business. All features and setup were shown to us and in about 2 weeks we returned with a visit to Deanna who once again spent an hour going over the controls and setup. The only downside was the price but new cars are expensive and with a limited supply the price is what it is on the sticker. Unlike the Toyota dealer who removed the window stickers and admitted to a markup over invoice. Thanks for patience and time spent on us. More
