Soon after my wife and I arrived at the dealership nearly 3 years ago, we were greeted by Sales Professional, Carl Jones (better known as “C.J.”). From that moment until today, Terry Subaru has met or exceeded our expectations at every encounter! I am pleased to say that General Manager, Mark Dalton is “Best in Class” and casts a long shadow for his staff! (We had never met Mr. Dalton, Mr. Terry or any of the Terry team before that day.) We purchased a Subaru Ascent and have never regretted that decision. Since our purchase, Service Director, Buddy Davis and Service Advisor Chase Davis have made us feel like old friends.
