I have a problem with the service department everytime I have it serviced or inspected. A few weeks ago when I went to have the oil changed and get it inspected they called said I had to have new front wind have it serviced or inspected. A few weeks ago when I went to have the oil changed and get it inspected they called said I had to have new front windshield wipers before that l it would pass inspection. I was charged $50 for the 2 front wipers when I could buy all 3 several different places and they would put them on free for $21.93 for all 3. The back one was fine. The time before they cracked my windshield when the put the new sticker on and claimed it was cracked when it was brought in or after it left the shop. Funny the crack started exactly where the sticker was removed and went almost up to the middle of the windshield. I had to pay $500 deductible to have it replace. another time it was in for a recall repair and they did something to the gearshift and it had to be taken back to get it fixed. More

We started our search for our new car almost 1 year in advance. After lots of reviews we decided on a Subaru Crosstrek. We visited Terry Subaru numerous times dealing with Veron who was very nice and answ advance. After lots of reviews we decided on a Subaru Crosstrek. We visited Terry Subaru numerous times dealing with Veron who was very nice and answered all our questions. Subaru redesigned the 2024 Crosstrek and when the time came we made our decision BUT Subaru was only building a limited number. By chance on the way to the Toyota dealer we stopped there first. And by luck Veron told us we have a Limited Crosstrek in white coming in a few weeks. My wife found her car and we made a deposit. Veron kept in touch and in about 3 weeks it arrived. We finalized the deal and drove it home. Terry Subaru / Veron were nice to us each time we came in and there was no pressure or feeling rushed along with being respected. As senior citizens we appreciated this way of doing business. All features and setup were shown to us and in about 2 weeks we returned with a visit to Deanna who once again spent an hour going over the controls and setup. The only downside was the price but new cars are expensive and with a limited supply the price is what it is on the sticker. Unlike the Toyota dealer who removed the window stickers and admitted to a markup over invoice. Thanks for patience and time spent on us. More
