My buying experience was great. But I was pushed into a “bumper to bumper” warranty for 4 grand. The warranty company has denied every claim. I have tried to reach out to the dealership multiple times with multiple employees and they all refuse to help me with this. They sold me a warranty as a lie that is not bumper to bumper. Multiple people say they will call me back but do not. I even spoke to a manager and he said he doesn’t want in the middle since I spoke with another employee that never called me back. That’s his job, to handle these situations. I feel very taken advantage of and I feel put on the back burner. I feel since I’m a women they are brushing me off. I have been trying to handle this for about two months. I’m sad to say I thought I found a dealership I would stick to and recommend. After this experience I will never recommend and will never use again unless they get to the bottom of this false warranty they sold me More

I originally requested information on an Explorer but it wasn't quite what I was looking for so CJ kept sending me vehicles that fit what I was looking for. When the Buick came up, I scheduled a time to test drive. CJ couldn't be there so Scott handled the sale. The vehicle was ready to drive right when I got there - can't say that about other dealers that make you wait so they can find it on the lot and wash it. Scott was upfront about not being too familiar with Buicks as he works at a Ford dealer but was quick to look up the answers to my questions he wasn't sure about. The purchase was easy and they offered a fair amount on my trade-in. Morgan in the finance department was very friendly and easy to work with, making sure to explain things in detail.
