Grease job and oil change I found that did a good job , as usual. They also checked to see if my tires needed to be rotated. The job was done in a timely manner. My only complaint is that i don't care for just showing up to get an oil change. Today I was first, so it didn't take long. The last time we took my wife's car over for a grease job and oil change, It took almost two hours. I still prefer to call and get a time for the procedure. More

They've done a great job in providing service to my vehicles and are always proactive in tracking maintenance history and recommending preventative maintenance ideas to service my vehicles before the problems become crisis repairs. Service engine Light on for a day then off My service engine light came on, of course just minutes before service was closing on a Saturday. I called and they made an appt for Mon AM. They said My service engine light came on, of course just minutes before service was closing on a Saturday. I called and they made an appt for Mon AM. They said I could drive it in town, but not out of town. The light stayed on for the rest of Saturday during 2-3 trips in town. I didn't drive it on Sun. On my way to the dealer on Mon. I noticed that the light was off. They checked the car and found that the throttle body needed to be replaced and was covered by warranty. As my extended warranty had expired about 12-18 months earlier I checked on line and discovered that in 2015 Ford issued an extended warranty for throttle body assemblies for 10 years of service or 150,000 miles. While I am happy that the dealer took care of this when the problem arose, I am left wondering why this wasn't brought to my attention during routine maintenance sometime during the last 3 years. I would think their computer would flag this. Other than this, I am very pleased with service here. I can usually get in quickly when needed and the staff is always friendly and courteous. More
