When I finally sat down for the financial consultation, I didn’t feel like I was there financially. I initially told them no, but they, without being pushy or coercive, managed to find me the best deal to put me in my budget. They also got me the best price on a full term transferrable warranty included in my payment for just a $20 per month upcharge. Couldn’t have been a better experience and I can’t sing my praises enough. Update: The day after I got home with my car, the engine was grinding whenever I started it cold. They sold me my car needing a new timing chain. It’s a $2,100 job. Disappointed is an understatement. It’s also been an entire month and I still don’t have the title. I called repeatedly and emailed but nobody answered my calls or responded until I called and asked to speak to anyone just so I’d finally be in contact with my sales person. More

Not the best service ever, but it worked I'm a little disappointed that my vehicle only came with one key, which is vital to the operations (it's touch button start). I feel the dealership sh I'm a little disappointed that my vehicle only came with one key, which is vital to the operations (it's touch button start). I feel the dealership should have provided two keys for a newer vehicle, especially as much as I spent. They told me it only came with one when it was purchased from the auto auction so that’s all I get. I was given a dead end answer when I asked about obtaining another key. The vehicle was clean when I picked it up, but has a large stain on the headliner. Hopefully I can get it out. My last vehicle purchase prior to this was a Ford dealer and they filled the gas tank up to full. This time I did not receive such a courtesy. We were given the impression that everything with the title transfer would be taken care of, but it wasn't. Besides all that, it wasn't a bad experience but I've definitely received better service in previous experiences. More
