Blessed!! I was extremely nervous when I first came to Terry Henricks dealership. I had found a Jeep that I was interested in, but I have poor credit, and some I was extremely nervous when I first came to Terry Henricks dealership. I had found a Jeep that I was interested in, but I have poor credit, and some people will not give someone will my credit score the time out of their day. I had just lost my only vehicle through a no fault accident with a deer, and I needed to replace it, but a bankruptcy filing that was less than a year old was still very much a negative on my credit history. The staff at the car dealership went out of their way to be very considerate, working with my schedule, helping me obtain financing, and they made sure that I was comfortable with any choices that I made. I feel that I was very blessed to be able to find such a friendly and helpful dealership. I know I will continue to work with their amazing team in the future! More

Outstanding Service Recently had to visit Terry Hendricks Chrysler Jeep in Archbold, OH for service call. This was unplanned visit as my engine warning light came on sud Recently had to visit Terry Hendricks Chrysler Jeep in Archbold, OH for service call. This was unplanned visit as my engine warning light came on suddenly for my 2013 Jeep. I changed my plans to drive over and see if I could get in right away. I was due for oil change as well. Tyler Porter assisted me, as he always does and greeted me with a warm smile. He told me that oil change was no problem and I would have to wait about an hour before tech could look at error code. Since it was a Saturday, the service shop closes at 1pm. I needed my vehicle looked at as I had to travel for business on Monday. Shortly after 12 noon, Tyler texted me and said my Jeep was ready. When I arrived, not only was my oil changed, engine warning light issue taken care of, but Tyler also took care of my recall item. I did not mention to him, he was able to find out what needed to be done. Outstanding service from Tyler and his team members!! More
