We had never purchased or leased a vehicle from Terry Henricks before our van, we had taken our old van there for oil changes and services and were very pleased with the service and nice humans working there, it was always so easy. We decided to try to lease our next van from them because we wanted to go somewhere local, we were so very happy we went there and got to work with Doug Rupp, he is a delightful helpful person.He worked with us and got us just what we wanted and wanted us to be happy, he made it so easy to trade in our old van and lease our new one, we couldn't believe how easy it was. He called us after we had our van a week or so and wanted to know what we thought about it and how it was going, that was so nice. He knew what price we wanted to pay for the monthly payment and worked with us to figure it all out. We went back just last week because our lease is going to be up and we wanted to buy our van or trade in and lease a new one and he was so helpful and talked with us about what we wanted to do, he really takes his time with you and we never felt rushed or like we asked silly questions, he is very kind. We were sad to find out when he called us back that day that Chrysler changed the way they do things and we need to buy our van through Chrysler, we can not buy it at Terry Henricks or trade it in for a new one. Doug explained the details of what our options are and gave us the number to call. We were sad we couldn't go through Doug and it is more difficult now after the lease but that isn't Terry Henricks that is Chrysler that changed the way they do things i guess. When we are going to buy or lease a different vehicle we will for sure return to Terry Henricks to talk with Doug Rupp! He is kind and works with you and is very patient and helpful, he works with you to help you get what you are looking for. We highly recommend him! More
