Smooth Process We were in search of a new minivan for our family. Since we didn't know anyone in the sales department, we turned to Bryan whom we had dealt with man We were in search of a new minivan for our family. Since we didn't know anyone in the sales department, we turned to Bryan whom we had dealt with many times and knew that he would happily point us in the right direction. Bryan helped us get in touch with a salesman, Michael. Bryan made sure that Michael had our contact info and what we were looking for in regards to minivans. Michael was great to work with. He went for a test ride with us which was a little unusual to us at first since we'd never had a salesman go on a test ride with us before! But, it turned out to be really helpful as he was able to talk to us about the different features in the minivan and we were able to ask him questions as they popped up rather than remember and wait once we got back to the dealership.
