My experiences went great with some minor tweeks My husband and I drove for over an hour to see the vehicle we wanted from their website, a used car not from their typical lineup. The salesman was ve My husband and I drove for over an hour to see the vehicle we wanted from their website, a used car not from their typical lineup. The salesman was very nice and stayed well after hours to accommodate us. He didn't pressure us into anything. I did wish he was a little more knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. Almost every question about vehicle and financing was meet with, "I'm not sure", or ask [this other guy] when you talk to him." The lack of knowledge about this vehicle could have been a turn-off for others who hadn't done research about the vehicle like I had. Additionally the vehicle wasn't cleaned very well and wasn't ready for purchase when we arrived. Crumbs on the floor, food on the ceiling, stuck on gunk in cupholders, and exterior of vehicle in need a wash. This required an additional 2 hour roundtrip out to pick up our vehicle after purchase which wasn't optimal. Ultimately, these things, though inconvenient, weren't a huge barrier for us. We knew we wanted the vehicle when we arrived. It was priced right and the dealer, salesman and financer we're all very nice, and I'd recommend, but hope that the dealership would take my recommendations to heart to make minor changes to enhance future buyers' experiences. More
