Beyond poor service I purchased a Tiguan in November 2018. Only to find out a few months later that there was not 1 but 2 recalls on this car. I called the service depart I purchased a Tiguan in November 2018. Only to find out a few months later that there was not 1 but 2 recalls on this car. I called the service department and spoke with someone by the name of Jack who was unhelpful and extremely discourteous. I was informed that the repair for these two recalls which were not my fault could take the entire day. Naturally I asked if there was a loaner to which he replied that his Manager does not allow loaners for recalls. Furthermore, I have had the unfortunate experience where all the windows in the car frosted up while driving making it impossible to drive and a HAZARD. Calls and emails to my Sales Rep - Mentor Alickaj has been met with a lackluster response ( he suggested I call corporate). Never have I ever driven a car with such issues in the first year coupled with the poor level of service received at multiple occasion when dealing with this dealership. More
