Thank you for a quick response.I can't say that about your sales team.I made an offer on a car and never recieved a call back .Then after three days i returned the call.I said that I decided to make the purchase and was told they would try to help in any way .I am very familiar with volkswagen and with this car in particular .I assuem there would be fees added to the total price but not over $1,000 to "recondition " a clean and certified car .I was then told the charge was "bank fees" and they would return my call.Then they told me i was paying to have it certified and they needed to look the car over.Crazy ! So I backed out of the deal .The next day the online price had jumped to $2,500 over original asking price. This is not the way to sell cars .Thank you...
