Buying at Teddy Volkswagon was an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff was extremely friendly. My niece got TWO stuffed animals. My dealer Junior was very polite and professional. I loved my experience at the dealer ship. I walked in a Jed asked me what I wanted and provided me with a bunch of options. Anthony Batts was also very helpful. The reason for the visit on 4/16/2013 was for service on the vehicle. My experience with everyone at Teddy Volkswagen was, again, to notice how exceptionally competent they were. Their professionalism was the vehicle. My experience with everyone at Teddy Volkswagen was, again, to notice how exceptionally competent they were. Their professionalism was coupled with what I sensed was a genuine friendliness. Competence was notably exhibited by everyone: (1) Fran, who gave me over the phone helpful directions to the dealership from Larchmont on Interstate 95; (2) Tristan, when I arrived on time (even a little early at the entrance to the parking lot for service (see my (1) comment re Fran; she saved me some time); (3) Nikki, on her help with the vehicle service (programming vehicle keys and Courtesy Multi-point Vehicle Inspection/Check-up); (4) Nancy, on dealership quality of service; (5) Denise, on paying for the service by charge card. Lucky was a friendly and personable sales person, but overall, the staff at this dealer seemed unknowledgeable. A simple warranty question took over an hour to answer, as the staff went around trying to overall, the staff at this dealer seemed unknowledgeable. A simple warranty question took over an hour to answer, as the staff went around trying to find the answer. The answer essentially came from a booklet, which did not leave me with much confidence. The financing staff was unorganized, and over a week after I left with the car, I was still getting phone calls for information they still needed. I would not recommend this dealer. More

We went in just to take a look at The Jetta v. The passat. We had no intention of getting a car yet because our credit score had suffered lately. However they were able to work with us and we drove ou passat. We had no intention of getting a car yet because our credit score had suffered lately. However they were able to work with us and we drove out with a brand new car that same day! Our sales consultant Franklin was very knowledgable. He def knew his cars and gave us comparisons. He even gave us a mini tutorial with our new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership. They were friendly and understood our situation and made every effort to help us. Thanks Teddy VW! More

JED IS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY HELPFUL .. I WILL ALWAYS GO BACK TO HIM FOR CARS. MY CAR WAS INITIALLY SOLD BY JUNIOR WHO NO LONGER WORKS THERE, HOWEVER, I APPRECIATED HIS HELP AND ASSISTANCE. This will be my 6th car and I have got to say that it was the best buying experience I've had. The employees are kind, welcoming, laid back, and really make you feel like more than "customer 105". Desiree wa the best buying experience I've had. The employees are kind, welcoming, laid back, and really make you feel like more than "customer 105". Desiree was great the entire time. The GM, Ron, is also very personable and it's obvious that he's a genuine guy and not out to get you. Will definitely recommend to anybody and will be back in the future. More

When I entered the Dealership the staff was very friendly and helpful, Unlike other dealerships this one actually had knowledge on their cars, The car that was recommended to me was the Volkswagen CC, I thou and helpful, Unlike other dealerships this one actually had knowledge on their cars, The car that was recommended to me was the Volkswagen CC, I thought I wasn't gonna get approved because of my credit, but they never gave up and found me an approval from a bank with no down payment, So I drove off with a 2010 Volkswagen CC that day.
