They made me drive 1. 5h to be "First come first serves" to put a deposit for MSRP price and when I arrived there, they made up in my face that there was another customer o 5h to be "First come first serves" to put a deposit for MSRP price and when I arrived there, they made up in my face that there was another customer offering $4500 more. Pure fantasy. This is a quite small dealership does not look very nice and testdriving a car in the Bronx is not good to get a proper feel of the car. There are plenty other VW dealerships, go to a different one. I worked with Cheesily on the phone, then with Corey in person who verified in front of me on his computer that there was no deposit on the car as she said, and then the sales manager Sincere who made up this customer that generously offered $4500. Really his name is Sincere, now I get it. More

This dealership put me and my family's life at risk. I paid $900 for brakes/rotors (that were in critical condition 3mm) 6 months ago, I picked up the car after service was performed, paid, verified wit I paid $900 for brakes/rotors (that were in critical condition 3mm) 6 months ago, I picked up the car after service was performed, paid, verified with staff the service was performed (Carlos at service desk), and now found out randomly 6 months later in my safety inspection (that nearly failed because of this) that Teddy VW never actually performed the service but still stole my $900 and let me drive out of the dealership that day and potentially get into a fatal accident due to critical brakes that they did not replace. I have full records of every conversation, document, services approved/declined, as well as evidence of my interactions with the dealership discussing this entire ordeal, which they shamelessly admitted to doing this heinous crime but have no remorse other than "Oh, we can just install the part now". If you care about you and your family's life, then do not trust service done here. More

I went there to purchase a Volkswagen Golf R that was due to come in. I called the sales rep and she said to come in place an order as the car was about 48k. When I arrived gave my info the manager came to m to come in. I called the sales rep and she said to come in place an order as the car was about 48k. When I arrived gave my info the manager came to me and said they want 61k for this car.Really, I would never!!!! Stay away from this dealer!! More

After I got my car I came across a big issue. Long story short when you go back and see how they could help you they would look at you as if you committed a crime. The way you get treated is way different short when you go back and see how they could help you they would look at you as if you committed a crime.
