I went to a few dealerships when shopping for my VW and this one (Teddy of the Bronx) in my opinion was the best. The sales consultant Frank Pena immediately approached me and offered assistance. He made me feel very welcome. He offered me coffee , a seat, and proceeded to answer all and any questions that I had pertaining to my now currently purchased vehicle. They agreed to beat any competitors price and they did. Frank continued to follow up with me throughout the purchasing process as per my request. He let me know when my vehicle is arriving, when it would be ready for pick up, etc. I do feel he went above and beyond. I almost feel as though I developed friendships with the entire sales team.
